Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

All COD orders are confirmed before dispatch. Once a COD order has been shipped, the customer is expected to receive and pay for the package upon delivery.

If you change your mind after your order has been dispatched or refuse to accept a COD parcel without a valid reason, shipping and return delivery charges may apply.

Returns
